How do I download Dataspoon?
You can download Dataspoon directly from the App Store. If you received an invite from your restaurant administrator, use that to log in after installing.
Who can use Dataspoon?
Dataspoon is available only to restaurant organizations that have been set up with an account. Access requires an invite from your restaurant administrator.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Why don’t I see my store’s data?
If you have logged in but don’t see live sales or labor data, it may mean your organization has not connected Dataspoon to its POS or labor system yet. Please check with your administrator.
Can I delete my Dataspoon account?
Yes. If you no longer need access, you may contact your restaurant administrator or email us at privacy@dataspoon.io and we will process your request.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Dataspoon uses industry-standard encryption and authentication to protect your data. Only authorized users within your organization can access your restaurant’s information.
