- Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@dataspoon.io.- Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas under AAA rules.
- Class Action Waiver: You may only bring claims in your individual capacity.
- Jury Trial Waiver: You waive the right to a jury trial.

8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability
Bobby Cox Companies, Inc.’s liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
